How we make TransporterHaus 68-70 Early Bay ball joint dropped spindles

We modify the ball joints and the trailing arms to include our own locking mechanism.  A spring ring expands into the trailing arm when the ball joint is pressed in locking it into place.  We have had over 15 tons on the fitted ball joints and have not been able to move them.
