Transporterhaus is a VW workshop based in Perranporth, Cornwall.

We are passionate about VW buses designing our own parts and reproducing no longer available parts to improve these buses.

Our machine shop facilities include a Colchester lathe, horizontal and vertical millls, a cylindrical grinder and a press brake.

The Transporterhaus team has been in the VW scene driving split buses since 1991, and beetles since 1989.

We drive both vintage air cooled and classic water cooled volkswagens on a daily basis.

Transporterhaus' specialty is re-manufacturing VW Bus spindles.  Others sell them we make them!  Building both stock and dropped splitscreen and bay window spindles every day in house on our machines.  If  you need a set of spindles or just some info get in touch, we really do know spindles, what works and what doesn't!
