When demand is high new stock is available within 5 working days. Not only do we make them we fit them too and know they work! We always replace all 4 king pin bushes with new phosphor bronze bushes. We regrind the king pins on our cylindrical grinder. We fit new genuine VW seals throughout. We fit new grease nipples. We machine the spindle properly on our carbide face and shell mills. Not hacked at with an angle grinder! We fit 2 fibre thrust washers and 4 rubber seals just like VW intended. We do not pad out the king pins with extra shims. We do not weld up and move the keyway on the male king pin. This is only achievable when the spindle has been milled. We do not weld the spindle or the king pins. What else do I need to know? The track rod fixing on the knuckle is reverse tappered for a larger bay window track rod to aid chassis clearance. Link pins, races and bearings are not supplied but are available in stock should you require them. The fitting of new link pins, bearings etc is recommended.
